Vörösmarty Mihály sosem láthatta művét színpadon megvalósulni. Álmában sem gondolta, hogy ekkora utat jár be a darab az elmúlt másfél évszázadban. Ahogy álmában sem sejtette Csongor, hogy Tündével megtalálja a szerelmi beteljesülést. Csongor és Tünde nagy akadályok elé került. Ahogy a róluk elnevezett mű is, hiszen nagy népszerűségre tett szert az iskolákban és színházakban egyaránt. Meghatározta a romantikáról alkotott elképzelést a magyar nyelvterületen és kötelező klasszikussá vált a társadalom szemében. Ez nagysága mellett terhet is jelent, főleg a mindenkori színházcsinálókra. Egy olyan megvalósítás irányába szeretnék elmozdulni, ami a mű tiszteletben tartása mellett képes újszerű elemeket tartalmazni, amelyek a színház pillanatnyi igazságát és időtlenségét erősíthetik meg. A verses szövegek mélyebb dimenziót szeretném feltárni az alkotókkal olyan módon, hogy érezhetővé váljon az emberi dráma és a nyers költészet, a zsigeri játék és az álmokat felidéző képzelet, az örökérvényű klasszikus és az újító színház varázsa.
𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐬𝐤𝐲
Vörösmarty Mihály nu a apucat să-și vadă opera montată în scenă. Nici nu a visat succesul operei sale din ultimul secol și jumătate, așa cum nici Csongor nu a visat că, alături de Tünde, va cunoaște dragostea perfectă. Csongor și Tünde se confruntă cu multe piedici, la fel ca opera intitulată după numele lor. Deși s-a bucurat apoi de mare popularitate în școli și teatre deopotrivă, această capodoperă a marcat perioada romantismului în literatura maghiară și a devenit drama epică de reper. Această capodoperă ne obligă la responsabilitate, mai ales pe creatorii de teatru. Montarea mea dorește să respecte fondul operei, dar ca formă, conține elemente noi care să certifice adevăruri teatrale valabile în orice timp și spațiu. Fiind o dramă epică, am posibilitatea să accentuez dramatismul uman, iar jocul visceral și fantezia evocă visele, magia clasicului etern și teatrul inovator.
𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐬𝐤𝐲
Vörösmarty Mihály could never see his work realized on a stage. He never in his dreams thought that this piece would go this far in the last century and a half. Just as Csongor who wouldn’t dare to dream to find the fulfilment of love with Tünde. Csongor and Tünde came across big obstacles. As is the opus named after them, as it has gained great popularity in schools and theatres alike. It defined the idea of romanticism in the Hungarian-speaking region and became a mandatory classic in the eyes of society. In addition to its magnitude, it is also a burden, especially for the theatre makers of the time. I would like to move towards an implementation which, while respecting the work, is capable of containing novel elements, which can confirm the momentary truth and timelessness of theatre. I would like to explore a deeper dimension of the poetic texts with the creators in a way that, to make human drama and poetry felt raw, the visceral play and the imagination reminiscent of dreams, combining the charm of a timeless classical and the innovative theatre.
